Directions:  From I-81 South:  Take Exit 141.  Go left for 1/4 mile on Route 419 then turn right onto Route 311.  Follow Route 311 for 8 miles then go left onto Route 785 (Blacksburg Road).  Follow Route 785 for approximately 15 miles to auction site on right.

From Blacksburg:  On Route 460 between Blacksburg and Christiansburg at Duncan Ford Mazda dealership, turn onto Jennelle Road.  Follow Jennelle Road, crossing over railroad tracks.  Bear slight left onto Lusters Gate Road.  Go past Blacksburg Country Club and continue on until you come to a stop sign at Catawba Road.  Turn right onto Catawba Road and go approximately 2-6/10 miles to auction site on left at 2020 Catawba Road (Cave Hill Farm).

Terms of Sale:  Cash, Good Check, Visa or Master Card.  A 13% buyer’s premium will be charged, 3% will be waived if payment is made by cash or good check.
